When arranging text on Action for Children signs, these layout rules must be followed carefully. If you work for Action for Children and you need a new sign please talk to your local property manager.

Overall Rules:

- If the Project name can fit on one line then the height of name should be 1 ½ X - If the Project name goes over one line then the height of name should be X
- Line spaces between Project names need to be ½ X
- Address text need to have a height of ¾ X
- Line spaces between Address lines need to be ¼ X
- Address lines need to always start from the base line of logo and move upwards if more lines are needed
- The negative space in between the Project name and the address lines is proportionate to value of X
- The border around whole artworks should always be the height of the 'd' in Action for Children
- The URL should always to go on the bottom right (apart from where Action for Children is a supporting partner)
- When Action for Children is a lead partner there should be a space between the right-hand edge of the Action for Children logo and the start of the Project name/address lines of 3 X
- The exclusion zone around the Action for Children logo should always adhere to the height of the 'd' in Action for Children - The Project or school name, and URL, should always be in red (Pantone 485C) and all other lines should be in grey (Pantone 7528C) - Use only Meta Action for Children Book font for information lines; bold can be used for project or school names
- Mount signage on brushed stainless steel - National logo variants can be used; but only primary versions of the logos i.e. portrait not landscape

Rules for Schools Signage:


- The Action for Children logo ranged left, should take up as much space as possible (whilst retaining the 'd' space around the logo)
- The school name should go on the top right, with each line sized at 1 ½ X; the name can break across two lines if necessary
- Line spaces between name/address/principal/URL should be sized at least 1 X
- The order of the information to always be: school name (at the top), address, principal, then URL - The principal's information should be displayed in the following manner: "Principal: (qualifications)"
