Our line device

As you can see in our brand identity section, the phrase 'always there for children' is at the very centre of everything we do and believe. This applies to every aspect of our charity, from the fact we've been there for children since 1869, to the fact we're in every part of the UK, and that we'll keep working with children for as long as they need us.

We've summed this up with a very simple line device.

Perhaps it's a timeline, perhaps it's the thread that joins all the services we provide, but more than anything our line device represents the continuous support we give. And just like Action for Children, it's not an abstract idea, it's very practical, and we use it to crop photos, draw illustrations, emphasise text, guide people through our materials, and even to write our endline 'as long as it takes'.
